Personalized Weight Loss

Medical Weight Loss

Weight loss is not one-size-fits-all. Our medical weight loss program is designed to help patients lose weight safely, effectively, and sustainably using a personalized, medically guided approach.

Our experienced team of Nurse Practitioners understand that weight gain can be influenced by many factors including hormones, metabolism, stress, lifestyle, medications, sleep quality, and underlying medical conditions. Our goal is to identify the root causes that may be making weight loss difficult and create a plan tailored specifically to you.

Whether you are looking to improve your energy, reduce health risks, feel more confident, or finally break through a plateau, our team is here to help guide and support you every step of the way.

Our medical weight loss programs may include:

  • Comprehensive medical evaluation
  • Customized nutrition guidance from a Registered Dietitian
  • GLP-1 medications when appropriate
  • Metabolic and hormone evaluation
  • Body composition analysis

Our Approach

We focus on long-term success, not quick fixes. Our approach combines medical expertise with practical, realistic strategies that fit into everyday life.

By addressing factors such as appetite regulation, metabolism, hormone balance, inflammation, and lifestyle habits, we help patients create sustainable progress and healthier routines.

Pricing & Insurance

We believe paying for care should be transparent, accessible, and straightforward. Because of that, we are in-network with most major insurance plans.

Medical Weight Loss visits are usually covered to some degree on most plans. Please note that laboratory testing, weight loss medications, and other services may vary depending on the details of your individual policy and benefits.

For those without insurance coverage or who do not want to submit a claim, we offer affordable self-pay pricing.

GLP-1 Medications

GLP-1 medications can be a powerful tool for weight loss and metabolic health, but we do not believe they are a standalone solution. Long-term success comes from combining medical treatment with sustainable lifestyle changes.

Our goal is to help patients build healthier habits through nutrition, movement, exercise, and realistic lifestyle modifications while using medications appropriately to support progress and long-term maintenance.

Medical Weight Loss FAQs

Is this only for weight loss?

No. Medical weight loss is part of a broader metabolic health strategy. Care focuses on identifying and addressing underlying factors such as hormone balance, insulin resistance, and lifestyle patterns - helping improve both weight and long-term health outcomes.

Who is a good candidate for medical weight loss?

This approach is ideal for individuals who have not achieved lasting results with diet and exercise alone. It is especially beneficial when there may be underlying metabolic or hormonal factors affecting progress.

Are medications required?

Not always. Treatment is based on your individual clinical profile. Some patients benefit from medications such as GLP-1 therapies, while others achieve results through structured nutrition, activity, and metabolic support.

What happens at the first visit?

Your initial visit focuses on understanding your health, history, and goals. This may include a clinical review, discussion of prior efforts, and evaluation of factors affecting your progress to guide a personalized plan.

How often are follow-ups scheduled?

Follow-ups are tailored to your plan and response to care. Visits may be more frequent early on, then adjusted to support steady progress and long-term maintenance.

Is this connected to other services?

Yes. Care may be coordinated with nutrition, hormone therapy, sleep support, and preventive services. This allows for a more comprehensive, medically guided approach to improving overall health.
